In My Account under section My Bag you can keep track of every purchase you have made. The orders are split into "Open Orders" and "Purchase History".

When all products from your purchased order concludes, the order is completed and it can be found in “Purchase History”

We may contact you to verify your age, if we require documentation to support the purchase, we will require a copy of valid identification, such as driving license, passport or birth certificate to be sent to us. Should we deem that the identification is not valid or the identification cannot be provided for the purchase we may cancel the order.
2.1.7. The contract will be concluded in English
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If a supplier refuses to honor the goods for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as we are made aware for the problem. 2.5. Prices & Payments
Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site do not include Value Added Tax or delivery costs, which will be indicated to you during the ordering process.

2.5.2. The Original recommended retail price (RRP) quoted in the description of an item is the price provided by our supplier as the full selling price of the item when the item was originally in the supplier's distribution network. This price is provided for comparison purpose only.
2.5.3. Once you have reviewed your order and provided your personal details, you can check out by clicking on "Confirm & Pay". Payments can be processed by Visa or MasterCard trough a secure payment service channel. Our website is secured by SSL encryption, to protect the confidential details provided for payment. At NO time will the User's payment details be transferred or stored through Primpin's electronic system.
2.5.4. All transactions will be made in British Pounds. For all other currencies the exchange rate that is applied to a transaction is the exchange rate as of the day of settlement, which is the day that MasterCard or Visa determines the settlement amount to be exchanged between the acquirer and the issuer. Due to the daily currency fluctuations it is possible that the amount charged or refunded for a product to differ slightly from the time it was ordered.
2.5.5. If payment has failed to be made in accordance, the order will be cancelled.
2.5.6. All refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. If for any reason refund is rejected by ether one of both sides, Primpin's Customer Service team will contact you to discuss alternative options to process the refund.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our delivery fees vary depending on the product and the destination. We have employed a volume/weight pricing system to calculate delivery costs for each product.
2.7.1. After you have chosen an item to buy, by clicking on "Delivery" on the item information page you can see the product's individual shipping rates.
2.7.2. If you place an order of two or more different products your total shipping cost will be summation of each product's delivery rate.
2.7.3. Following a dispatch of an order from our warehouse, you will receive an email specifying the tracking number (if one available) and a link to track the parcel on the shipping company's website. UK consignments will usually be delivered between 3 to 5 working days of receipt of the shipping related email and 5 to 7 working days for all other countries.
2.7.4. At this stage we are able to provide tracking facilities only for large orders with weight above 2 kg.
2.7.5. If after 10 working days, following the shipping notification, you do not receive the parcel, you must contact our Customer Service dapartment for further investigation.
2.7.6. All items will be delivered to your registered address or, to address requested by you as part of the ordering process. It is your responsibility to give us the full and correct delivery address details. We are not able to deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot receive amendments to the delivery address once the order enters the dispatch process.
2.7.7. If you are not present at the time of the delivery, a delivery note will be left stating that the the parcel is returned to the courier delivery depot. You will be able to collect the parcel within 5 working days. If the parcel is not picked up within the above period, it will automatically be returned to Primpin as undeliverable. We are unable to resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If this is the case, we will refund the value of the goods ordered less the delivery charges, once the goods are received back
2.7.8. Please note that there are no deliveries during weekends or public holidays
2.7.9. Due to the different timing of each product deal we reserve the right to make a delivery of two or more items by installments so you can get them as soon as they become available.
2.7.10. We deem to deliver products within the specified time on the product page. However the dates quoted for delivery are indicative only. Time of delivery will not be guaranteed by this Contract.
2.7.11. If you do not receive your order within 30 days from confirmation of purchase we will contact you to agree an alternative delivery date. Primpin will not be held liable in any way for the late delivery of goods that are provided within 30 days of the Order Date or agreed by you to fall outside this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2.7.12. We take care when shipping orders. However we strongly recommend you to inspect the conformity of the item(s) upon receipt. Any delivery problem with the order should be notified to Primpin's Customer Service team, within 7 working days of receipt. If at the time of delivery the parcel's packaging is damaged, please note this in writing on the "Proof of delivery" document.
2.7.13. Due to the restricted timing and stock availability of the offers, we are normally unable to provide replacements for incorrect or defective goods or undertake repairs. Subject to a full investigation by us with our supplier and with the courier, Primpin will provide a full refund (including delivery charges) for a defective, incorrect or missing item. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
2.7.14. We cannot explicitly advise how long such an investigation may take. This will depend on the product and the supplier. We will do our best to give you an indication of the estimated investigation time at the start of the process.
2.8. Ordering Errors
2.8.1. You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the "Confirm & Pay" button on the Confirm and Pay section of the checkout process.

2.9. Cancelation Rights

2.10. Returns Policy

2.10.1. If you want to return any products you must take reasonable care of them. They should be returned to us in their original condition:

Returns outside the timeframe set out above, will be refused.
2.10.5. Once the product is received we will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage unless the item was found to be faulty or delivered by error. This does not affect your normal legal rights. We will credit you with the amount using the same method you used to pay, within 7 working days in receipt of the goods.

2.10.8. We warrant that the items do meet their specifications and are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery provided that the instructions governing use of the goods have been followed.

How do I return an item delivered from Primpin?
You can return an order to us within 30 days of receipt of the delivery notification e-mail following our Step by Step guide .If you want to return your products you must take reasonable care. The products should be returned to us in their original condition:
Primpin reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund on any item that is incomplete, damaged, dirtied or not received in its original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any products in inacceptable condition will be sent back to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us except in the rare occasion of faulty merchandise or inaccurate delivery.
How can I get a product replaced or exchanged?
Due to the restricted timing and stock availability of the offers, we are normally unable to provide replacements.
Keep in mind that every deal is a unique opportunity, when the deal ends at Primpin, it really is gone.
I have received a faulty item
Our aim is every customer to receive good quality products. If you think there is a fault with an item you have bought, please contact us straight away .
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In order to do this efficiently we need you to let us know as soon as you discover the fault in the product.
Subject to a full investigation by us, the supplier and the courier, you will be provided with a full refund for that item as well as the postal cost of the return.
We can't explicitly advise how long such an investigation may take. This will depend on the product and the supplier. We will do our best to give you an indication of the estimated investigation time at the start of the process.

I have sent my return. When will I get refund?
When we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours, to ensure you get your money back as soon as possible. Refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the purchase. The funds will appear in your bank account within 5 working days from the notification e-mal.
Please be aware, the exchange rate that will be applied to the transaction is the exchange rate as of the day of settlement. This is the day when MasterCard or Visa determines the settlement amount to be exchanged between the acquirer and the issuer. Due to the daily currency fluctuations it is possible that the amount charged or refunded for a product, to differ slightly from the time it was ordered. This information does not apply to transactions made in Pound Sterling .
My return was processed but I was not fully refunded
We are very sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund. Please contact our Customer Service team. We will do our best to deal with the issue as soon as possible.
In the mean time please note some of the possible reasons affecting the amount you have been refunded.
We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage unless the item was found to be faulty or was delivered to you by mistake.
Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale may now be inapplicable.
Can I return an item, bought with voucher?
Certainly! Your right to return an item remains.
The return value of the items(s) purchased using the discount shall be the applicable return value under Primpin's return policy less the discount obtained. We will refund anything you have paid for the product with your debit or credit card.
Please be aware, no replacement code will be issued if the voucher is out of date.
